Payment and Confirmation
Registrations without complete payment cannot be processed. If you have an email address on file you will receive an electronic confirmation. If you have not received your confirmation within two weeks of submitting your registration, please contact the AAE. Badges and registration materials will be held for you at the on-site registration desk.
Registration Deadlines
Registration for this conference is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until November 2, 2012, or until the conference is filled, whichever occurs first. Registrations received after this date will not be processed and on-site registration will not be available.
Cancellation Policy
Registration will be refunded in full if the AAE receives written notification of cancellation by November 2, 2012. Refund requests made in writing after November 2 as a result of emergencies or other serious events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To participate in any AAE/AAPD Joint Symposium activity, you must be registered for one of the following packages. Registration fees listed are for the full conference. One-day registration is not available.
