George T. Goodis, D.D.S., was elected secretary of the American Association of Endodontists at its recent Annual Session in San Diego, Calif.
A private practice endodontist in Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich., Dr. Goodis also serves as an adjunct associate professor in the department of endodontics at the University of Detroit-Mercy.
Dr. Goodis has served on a number of AAE committees, including chairing the Membership Services, Governmental Affairs, Federal Dental Health Services and Continuing Education Committees. He is director of the Michigan Association of Endodontists, and a past president of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics, Michigan Dental Association, Detroit District Dental Society, Eastern Dental Branch and council of Michigan Dental Specialties. A Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics since 1989, Dr. Goodis is also a Diplomate of the American College of Forensic Examiners.
Dr. Goodis received his D.D.S. from the University of Michigan, his Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Southern California, and his M.S.B.A. from Madonna University.
