Greeley Resident Honored by American Association of Endodontists

Funderburk RebeccaRebecca Funderburk received honorary membership in the American Association of Endodontists during the Association’s recent Annual Session in San Antonio, Texas.

Mrs. Funderburk has been a member of the Alliance of the AAE for many years and previously served as president. The Alliance represents spouses of AAE members and supports the AAE and its Foundation through fellowship opportunities and philanthropy. She has gone above and beyond her volunteering and fundraising positions and donated hours of her time in support of the AAE. Mrs. Funderburk started the silent auction held at the AAE annual sessions, raising more than $300,000 for the AAE Foundation and has also been a pivotal organizer of the AAAE raffle. Mrs. Funderburk works with husband David C. Funderburk, D.D.S, M.S., at his endodontic practice in Greeley, Colo., and also has displayed her dedication to others in her local community, where she served as president of A Woman’s Place, a local shelter for abused women.
