The special online preview of the 2011 AAE Foundation Live and Silent Product Auctions is now open!
Even if you are not able to attend the meeting, you can show your support of the specialty and potentially win a valuable tool for your practice by submitting a bid through this website. The last online bid will be accepted on April 8, with the highest bids carried over to the Annual Session the following week.
The Silent Product Auction offers equipment, instruments and other products valued up to $5,000, while the Foundation Live Auction features products valued at $5,000 or more, and this year, a special Whistler ski vacation package donated by the AAE Alliance.
New bids for the Silent Product Auction will be accepted from Wednesday, April 13 through 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 15, at the Foundation booth in the AAE Oasis.
The Foundation Live Auction will be a more interactive experience in the Exhibit Hall beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, during the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour. Complimentary cocktails will be available as attendees place their bids.
The highest bids, whether placed during this special online preview or on site in San Antonio, will be awarded the auction item. AAE Foundation staff will contact winners who are not present at the conclusion of the auctions. The proceeds from both auctions will go toward the AAE Foundation's Endowment Fund, which provides up to $1 million in funding for education and research annually.
