2008 Annual Session CE Verification Coming Soon
AAE Annual Session attendees will be provided in mid-May 2008 with a transcript of the courses they attended and the total amount of credit hours earned for use as documentation of CE requirements for state licensing boards. This transcript will be e-mailed next month or sent via regular postal mail to those who do not have an e-mail address on file with the AAE.
In order to document your attendance and receive CE credit, attendees should have recorded their member number and course verification number on the evaluations that was distributed at each session. If you did not receive a form on site, please contact the Education Department at education@aae.org, to have a copy e-mailed to you for completion and resubmission to the AAE via fax at 866/451-9020 (North America) or 312/266-9867 (International).
The AAE is an ADA CERP-Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in Florida #PP0049, with the Academy of General Dentistry #4401, and in California #2030.
