Continuing Education Credits

Eleven continuing education credits are offered at the 2008 Fall Conference. In order to document your attendance and receive CE credit, attendees must record their member number and course verification number on the evaluation form distributed at the end of each day. The verification number will be announced at that time. Attendees should submit the completed forms to AAE staff at the conference or by mailing/faxing the form to the AAE Headquarters. A Verification of Participation letter will be sent to attendees approximately one month after the conference.

The CE credits issued for participants may not be applicable for license renewal in all states. Since CE requirements and acceptance of credits offered vary, each participant must verify the requirements of their state licensing board and whether the CE form should be retained by the participant or sent to the state board.

The AAE is an ADA CERP-Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in Florida #PP0049, with the Academy of General Dentistry #4401 and in California #2030.
