Tina-Marie Adams, Ketchum Senior Vice President of Client Relations, heads the agency team that works with the AAE on the Awareness Campaign, Endodontists: Partners in Patient Care. A 15-year veteran of the public relations industry, Tina-Marie's specialties include providing strategic counsel, brand marketing and business-to-business communications. She has worked with a variety of organizations in the health/medical industries ranging from health care associations to insurers.

General Information
To maximize the benefits of the webinars, participants are expected to complete a practice marketing questionnaire prior to the start of the program and will be assigned independent work components (homework) following each webinar. This will allow the instructors to provide customized lessons and feedback and help you get started in developing a practice marketing program using the AAE Professional Outreach Toolkit.
Participants will be provided with a weblink and call-in number prior to each webinar. For optimal participation, registrants should have a high-speed Internet connection and access the webinar via an Internet browser on their PC or Mac with Adobe Flash Player installed. Download the latest version of this free software. A phone line is also required.

Fees
The fee for the Mastering Your Marketing webinar series is $1,200, a fraction of what you could expect to pay a practice consultant for a similar program, and far less than hiring your own public relations firm. If you register but are unable to attend a session, you can designate someone to take your place, however no refunds will be provided.

Continuing Education Credits
Webinar participants can earn up to 6 hours of CE, 1.5 hours for each webinar. CE credits/units may not be applicable for license renewal in all states. Since CE requirements vary among state boards of dentistry, each participant must verify the requirements of his/her state licensing board and whether the CE Verification of Participation Letter should be retained by the participant or sent to the state board. For the Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship/Mastership credit, mail a copy to AGD; there is no need for a separate letter.
The American Association of Endodontists is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider and a recognized provider in Florida (#PP0049), with the AGD (#4401) and in California.
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
