Mailing List Rental
Rental Guidelines
The AAE restricts the rental of its mailing list to individuals and organizations offering products, equipment or services pertaining to endodontics. It is not available for rental to individuals, institutions, or associations for charitable or fundraising events.
Rental of this list or any portion of this list does not constitute an endorsement by the AAE of those items being promoted.
The sample to be mailed must be approved by the AAE before renting the mailing list.

Rates
The following fees pertain to renting the AAE’s mailing list for a limited one-time use. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Nonprofit Organization Rate: $350
Applies to members and nonmembers at nonprofit organizations, such as schools and other institutions for use in promoting continuing education.
Commercial Rate: $700
Applies to exhibitors at the Association’s annual sessions, advertisers in the Journal of Endodontics, and commercial organizations. Members promoting a for-profit product, for-profit service or for-profit event are also considered a commercial organization.
