The AAE made its debut on national cable television the week of November 17, 2008, with the airing of a public service announcement on such high-profile networks as Bravo, Bloomberg, History Channel, BBC America, National Geographic and Fine Living. Our message, filmed at the University of Illinois at Chicago with Professor and AAE member Christopher S. Wenckus, stressed the importance of preserving natural teeth by seeing an endodontist.

AAE Foundation Offering $2.5 Million to Fund Regenerative Endodontic Research

The AAE and the AAE Foundation are seeking applications to support research to investigate regenerative endodontic treatment. The goal is to obtain reliable evidence about the conditions under which pulpal regeneration occurs in patients. Interesting in applying? Applications are due by August 1, 2013, and up to $2.5 million in funding will be allocated to support one or more studies.

Record-Breaking Endodontic Annual Session in Boston

The AAE had a record breaking Annual Session meeting at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston on April 18-21. In addition to having the largest exhibit hall with more than 100 major dental and medical suppliers to date, the Boston meeting had the highest ever attendance with more than 4,000 attendees from 54 counties.
