AAE24 CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS

The Annual Meeting Planning Committee invites all AAE members to submit a presentation to be considered for AAE24 in Los Angeles. Presenting at an annual meeting provides you with the opportunity to share your knowledge with your peers and increase your visibility in the AAE.

ELIGIBILITY
All members of the AAE are eligible to present a Submitted Presentation. You will be using this site to submit your proposed lecture.

SPEAKER COMPENSATION
Per AAE policy, submitted presentations are not eligible for any speaker compensation. AAE Members requesting to participate in the annual meeting program must pay all applicable meeting registration fees. In addition, member speakers are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Co-Presenters who are non-AAE Members must also pay all applicable meeting registration fees, hotel and travel as well, no exceptions.

PRESENTATION OVERVIEW
The American Association of Endodontists strives to provide its members with the highest quality in continuing dental education. The course material must be relevant and presented in a professional manner within the allotted time. All AAE sessions will be educational in content and free from commercial or promotional bias.

SESSION RECORDINGS
All annual meeting presentations are recorded and offered as online education on Endo on Demand.

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Standard session room equipment includes:
  • (1) LCD Projector
  • (1) 16:9 ratio screen
  • (1) Podium with microphone
  • (1) Wireless lavaliere microphone
  • Presenters are required to upload their final presentation to AAE's onsite presentation management system

ELECTRONIC HANDOUT MATERIALS
Attendee evaluations indicate a high demand for speaker handouts; therefore, handouts are a required component of speaking and all presenters are required to provide a handout approximately three weeks in advance of the meeting. This will enable AAE members to have electronic access to handout material prior to the meeting.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The submission deadline is May 15, 2023; submissions received after this date will NOT be accepted, no exceptions.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
All Submitted Presentations will be reviewed by the Annual Meeting Planning Committee. Members will be notified of acceptance no later than August 15, 2023.
