The ABE has a new online verification procedure with credit card\/e-check payment methods.\u00a0 Please read carefully the instructions below.<\/p>\nThird Party Verification Requests:
\nAn administrative fee of $60 per verification, plus an additional service fee will apply. The administrative fee will increase to $65 per verification beginning on January 1, 2025.\u00a0 Please allow up to 10 business days for completed verifications to be sent via email.\n

Instructions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click on the “Go to Online Verification Request Form” link located below.<\/li>\n
  2. Log in to your existing account using the white Login pop-up window. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create an account by clicking on the “X” in the upper-right-hand corner of the pop-up window, and then clicking “Next” within the Registration Information box directly on the webpage to go to the next page.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter your first and last name, verification company name, and your contact email address. Then click “Next.”<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the first, middle (optional), and last name, as well as the birthdate (optional) of the endodontist you are seeking to verify. More information will help us select the correct provider. Then click “Next.”<\/li>\n
  5. Review that the endodontist’s name was entered correctly, and that the Verification Requests Event Admission Fee is $65. Then click “Next.”<\/li>\n
  6. Enter payment information by using the appropriate Card or ACH e-check tab. If paying with card, select the Google Pay button or “Pay With Card” text under the Card tab to proceed with entering payment information. Once payment information is entered, submit your verification request by clicking the word “Register” in the bottom left-hand corner of the Payment Details box. This is located directly to the left of the text stating “Amount: $65 USD.”<\/li>\n
  7. Please note that your payment may take time to process. If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received your receipt, you can reach out to staff@amboardendo.org to verify if your contact email was entered correctly and your submission went through.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
