The ABE has a new online verification procedure with credit card\/e-check payment methods.\u00a0 Please read carefully the instructions below.<\/p>\nThird Party Verification Requests:
\nAn administrative fee of $60 per verification, plus an additional service fee will apply. The administrative fee will increase to $65 per verification beginning on January 1, 2025. \u00a0 Please allow up to 10 business days for completed verifications to be sent via email.\n

Instructions:<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the “Online Verification Request Form” link located below.<\/li>\n
  2. Bypass the Log in pop up by clicking on the “X” (located on the upper right corner of white box)<\/li>\n
  3. Enter your company name, your first and last name and your email address and click “Continue”<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the first name, middle name (optional), last name,\u00a0 and birthdate (optional), of the endodontist you are seeking\u00a0 to verify.\u00a0 Click “Next”<\/li>\n
  5. Click “Complete Registration”<\/li>\n
  6. Enter credit card or e-check information.\u00a0NOTE: Please only click the “SUBMIT” button once.\u00a0 Your payment may take time to process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
