Mastering CBCT in Endodontics<\/strong><\/h1>\n\t

For more than 50 years the Foundation has invested in advancing the specialty through research funding and education support. CBCT represents a quantum leap forward in imaging technology, but there are many finer points to getting the most out of your scans for optimal patient care.<\/p>\n\n

Dr. Azevedo has a vested interest in supporting the specialty that has been instrumental in the success of his career. He has graciously offered to provide this intimate course with all registration costs being donated to support the Foundation’s ongoing work!<\/p>\n\t

Full Course Details<\/h1>\n\t

The CBCT imaging course will focus on the 4 pillars of CBCT Imaging: Acquisition, Data Correction, Data Navigation, and Data Interpretation. These are essential skills that can boost your practice production and optimize radiographic diagnosis and treatment planning sessions. During the course, we will discuss each phase of the CBCT imaging workflow in detail. You will learn how to systematically read a CBCT scan, recognize 3D imaging patterns, understand the 3D anatomy of the jaws and discover how to improve your image quality by minimizing noise, scatter and beam hardening. The course will also cover advanced 3D imaging techniques, including CBCT imaging evaluation of gingival profile and bone trabeculation.<\/p>\n
