AAE Digital Outreach by the Numbers – July 2016

Patients increasingly are turning to online sources for information about their health care and health providers, and the AAE has taken concerted steps to ensure those internet users have access to reliable, authoritative information. Through the AAE website, social media channels, online advertising and digital resources, the Association is educating and engaging with the public about endodontics, helping them find specialists in their area, and providing shareable content for members and other dental professionals. This month’s By the Numbers scorecard shows increases from June to July in all of our primary outreach channels. Video views increased 35 percent, clicks from Google search engine advertising are up 13 percent and page views of the AAE’s patient-focused content are up four percent.
