APICES 2017 Registration Opening Soon!

It's nearly time to register for the Advanced Program in Clinical Endodontics Symposium, APICES 2017! Residents please watch your email inbox for an announcement about the registration launch, in June.

APICES is a free weekend-long educational and social intensive created by endodontic residents and new practitioners, for endodontic residents. APICES is offered to all incoming, current and graduating endodontic residents. This year’s event features an extraordinary packed schedule of lectures, networking and social events, and corporate partner expos.

All resident attendees will travel to Chicago on August 11, where the Resident and New Practitioner Committee will host residents from the United States and Canada for a variety of educational and social activities at the Swissotel Chicago on the scenic Chicago river. The APICES webpage has all program information as well as details about travel, special events, corporate supporters and registration details! Check back often as details and materials will be updated as they become available.

Once you are registered, make sure you:

• Book Travel: All attendees should be scheduled to arrive on Friday, August 11. Flights can be booked with the AAE's preferred travel agency, AmTrav. Be sure to complete the necessary travel stipend form and follow the instructions to receive up to $200 in travel assistance (payable after the meeting).
• Review the Schedule: Check out the sessions, speakers and speaker bios before arriving in Chicago. Networking events can also be found in the full schedule. All programming on Friday and Saturday will take place at the Swissotel. Your name badge must be worn at all times as it is required for admission to sessions and activities.
