In our General Session, sponsored by AAE21 Platinum Sponsor, U.S. Endo Partners, AAE President Dr. Alan Gluskin will join AAE21 Chair Dr. Nikita Ruparel and Foundation President Dr. John Nusstein for an inspiring event that will give way to an energizing presentation from hit singer-songwriter John Ondrasik, who has spent the past decade writing deeply personal songs that include social messaging, invoke the human spirit and make an emotional connection. With the past six albums by Five For Fighting, the name under which he records and performs, Ondrasik has seen a multitude of successes.
Five For Fighting’s breakthrough came in 2001 with the Grammy-nominated song “Superman,” and his performance at The Concert for New York. Ondrasik proceeded to become part of the American songbook with the hits “100 Years,” “World,” “The Riddle,” “Chances,” and “What If.”
He has also been deeply involved in supporting our troops. From USO tours, supporting several Veteran oriented charities, and through distributing over a million “CD for the Troops” to servicemen and their families around the world.
Ondrasik’s presentation is titled, WHAT IF: Harnessing Inspiration & Creativity to Design the World That You Want. Through exploration of the roles that work, family, and happiness play in your life, John Ondrasik brings his personal journey as a musician and business owner to life in this engaging presentation that features music, storytelling and inspiration. You won’t want to miss this event: Wednesday, April 21, 4:30 – 6 p.m. CDT.
