As a large endodontic practice with four locations, we serve thousands of patients and collaborate with hundreds of dentists throughout southeastern Massachusetts. During this crisis, we have adjusted by temporarily closing two of our four locations, streamlining processes, and changing patient flow. Even though our practice has scaled down, we are still providing endodontic services to emergency cases five days a week and remain busy. Proudly, we have done this in a safe way, as there have been no reported COVID-19 cases among our providers and staff.
As we know, dental pain has little mercy and is an added burden during these unprecedented times. Having the ability to serve our community by eliminating oral pain, as well as seeing our patients’ gratefulness, is truly special and something to be cherished. Our team of staff and providers, whom we call “The Southcoast Family,” has shown tremendous courage, camaraderie, resilience, and support during a time of chaos. We are very fortunate to have such an amazing team.
