AAE Leadership and Staff Represent Association at ADEA Meeting in Philadelphia

Last month, AAE President Alan S. Law, along with the AAE’s Deputy Executive Director, Trina Andresen Coe, and the AAE’s Manager of Membership Engagement, Heather Niziolek, recently represented the AAE at the ADEA meeting in Philadelphia. In addition, several AAE members serve in volunteer leadership roles at ADEA, including Drs. Susan Paurazas, Yaara Berdan, Roberta Pileggi, and Natasha Flake.

ADEA is the sole national organization representing dental education, and its meeting offers educational, networking and development opportunities to all dental educators. AAE members hold leadership roles on the Endodontic Section and the Council on Advanced Education Programs. These groups are integral to achieving common goals towards improving endodontic education at both the predoc and postdoc levels. AAE was pleased to host all AAE Educator Members in attendance at the meeting for a dinner on Saturday evening, where AAE President spoke to the group about the AAE’s strategic initiatives and educators’ vital roles in working towards these goals, and provided a preview of upcoming AAE events and resources geared at educators.
