Upcoming Change to AAE’s Membership Database

Important Notice: AAE Member Services Returned

We are excited to announce that our transition to the new membership database is complete, and access to AAE member services is returned.

Thank you for your patience during this transition. We are confident that these updates will greatly enhance your membership experience.

Take action using the instructions below to gain access to your AAE account.

Reset Your Password

As part of this transition, all members and MyAAE users will need to reset their account password. Here's how:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the login page.
  3. In the email field, type the primary email address associated with your AAE membership or MyAAE account.
    1. You will receive a password reset link via email. Follow those instructions to complete the process.
    2. If no password reset email arrives in your inbox or your spam folder, please contact us.
  4. Select "Reset Your Password" and follow the instructions in your email.

Renew Your Membership

  1. Once you log in, navigate to the "Manage My Membership" page.
  2. Find and click the "Renew" button near the top of the page.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your renewal.
