APICES 2018 Wrap-Up and APICES 2019 Save-the-Date Coming Soon!
2018 marks the 15th year of APICES! The program, founded in 2004 by two post-graduate students looking for a unique educational and social experience for endodontic residents, has become a “sell-out” event year after year. APICES is completely free to all residents, providing registration, lodging and meals, as well as a travel stipend to offset the financial burden of attending. These gracious offerings are available because of the support provided by a variety of corporate sponsors.
The meeting provided residents with an opportunity to hear speakers on a variety of topics, including single-visit vs. multiple-visit endodontic treatment, and a chance to learn about the family of AAE organizations. Sponsors supporting the APICES opportunity for residents were thrilled with the chance to interface with attendees during meals, breaks and social events.
Likewise, residents enjoyed the weekend-long experience, where they met future colleagues, formed new relationships and learned about their specialty.
