Bradford R. Johnson, D.D.S.
Dr. Johnson completed his undergraduate education at the University of Colorado, received his DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and endodontics specialty training at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he is Department Head and Director of Postgraduate Endodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Johnson is a past president of the Illinois Association of Endodontists and is currently serving a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Endodontists (2015-18). In addition to full-time teaching, he maintains a part-time clinical practice limited to endodontics.
Dr. Johnson has published over 50 clinical and research articles and abstracts in peer reviewed dental journals and is coauthor of five textbook chapters, including: Periradicular Surgery in Pathways of the Pulp, 9th, 10th and 11th editions, Endodontic Surgery in Endodontics – Principles and Practice, 5th edition, and Management Considerations for the Medically Complex Endodontic Patient in Ingle’s Endodontics, 6th and 7th editions.

Surgical Endodontics: Treatment Planning for Success (or similar topic)
Topic: Endodontic Surgery
The primary focus of this presentation is diagnosis and case selection for endodontic surgery, using current technology and prognosis data as a guide to better clinical decision making. Treatment modification for the medically complex patient will be described.
