Pt referred to OS for ext of #28.\n\nOne year recall -- Pt asymptomatic and functional. Sinus tract no longer present. 2 PAs, PARL has healed. Apical tissues of #22-27 WNL. Cold and EPT WNL for #22-27. NV w\/ GD for continued dental treatment as indicated.\n\nDX: Previously Treated with Chronic apical abscess.
