A waitlist will be available once registration has reached capacity.\n<h4><strong>General Assembly Only Pass Request<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Members are able to request a complimentary General Assembly Only Pass to attend in-person at the AAE22 meeting in Phoenix by emailing <a href=\"mailto:governance@aae.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">governance@aae.org<\/a> by <strong>March 23, 2022<\/strong>. If you are already registered for the AAE22 meeting, the General Assembly is included in the full registration package and you do not need to request a separate General Assembly pass. The pass will only allow access to attend the General Assembly in-person for AAE22. Should a member want to attend continuing education courses or the exhibit hall, a full registration must be purchased. Those requesting a General Assembly Only Pass must comply with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aae.org\/specialty\/education-events\/aae-code-of-conduct-for-conferences-and-tradeshows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AAE Code of Conduct for Conferences and Tradeshows<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventscribe.net\/2022\/AAE22\/aaStatic.asp?SFP=SlpYSldUQUNAOTg1NUBIZWFsdGggJiBTYWZldHk\">AAE22 Meetings and Events Health and Safety Code of Conduct\u00a0<\/a>and all COVID-19 protocols in place for AAE22. By requesting a General Assembly Only pass, members also agree to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aae.org\/specialty\/waiver-of-liability-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AAE22 Waiver of Liability &amp; Release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">As a virtual attendee, do I have to attend the entire conference live each day?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>If you are attending virtually, you can view select sessions at your convenience! You can pick and choose what livestream sessions to attend each day and access the rest of the selected sessions at a later date. At the conclusion of each livestreamed presentation, a recording of the livestream broadcast will be made available on the meeting website. You may log in and watch the selected sessions as many times as desired until May 31, 2022.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-4\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\">Can I watch presentation recordings at a later date?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-4\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>Only if you are a virtual attendee. Virtual attendees will have access to select CE courses through the AAE22 website until May 31, 2022. See the full details on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aae.org\/specialty\/about-aae\/governance-leadership\/2022-general-assembly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General Assembly page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tHealth &#038; Safety\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\">Is there a vaccination requirement for AAE22 in-person participants? <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>All onsite participants (including all service providers, Exhibitors, AAE staff and guests) are required to provide one of the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Proof of vaccination:\n<ol>\n<li>A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccination.<\/li>\n<li>COVID-19 booster shot is strongly encouraged as extra precaution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of arrival on-site in lieu of proof of vaccination:\n<ol>\n<li>The initial test must be administered by a medical professional on official paperwork and not self-administered.<\/li>\n<li>Onsite testing will be available and testing expenses will be paid on own by the individual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Review more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventscribe.net\/2022\/AAE22\/aaStatic.asp?SFP=SlpYSldUQUNAOTg1NUBIZWFsdGggJiBTYWZldHk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AAE22 Health &amp; Safety Information<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">Will masks be required for AAE22 in-person participants?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>The Arizona, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitphoenix.com\/covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">City of Phoenix<\/a> and Venue guidelines will be followed during the meeting for mask mandates and social distancing. Effective March 25, 202, there is no mask mandate throughout the State of Arizona.\u00a0 In accordance with CDC guidelines, faces coverings are recommended indoors for all individuals regardless of vacinnation status. It is recommended that attendees carry a face covering at all times during the meeting as mask requirements may vary based on the venue.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">What should I expect onsite? How will the check-in process be different this year? <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<ul>\n<li><strong>Checkpoints: <\/strong>When you arrive onsite, you must go through the CLEAR Health Pass checkpoint located at the Third Street entrance of the Phoenix Convention Center. At this checkpoint, you will show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result through the CLEAR Health Pass App. Once you are cleared through the checkpoint, you may proceed to the registration desk, located in the Phoenix Convention Center North Building, Level 1 Foyer. Once you have your name badge, you are cleared for the duration of the meeting and do not need to go through the checkpoint process again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CLEAR Health Pass: <\/strong>Use the CLEAR Health Pass app to provide your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result <strong><em>before you arrive onsite<\/em><\/strong>. Once your vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result has been uploaded to the CLEAR Health Pass platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before arrival at AAE22. The AAE22 specific event code will be sent out via email to all registered attendees 10 days prior to the event.\u00a0<strong><em>If you do not complete the Health Pass verification process prior to arriving onsite, please allow extra time for check-in and to receive your name badge onsite.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alternative to CLEAR Health Pass: <\/strong>If you do not have a smartphone, or otherwise are unable or unwilling to use the CLEAR Health Pass app, you must bring your proof of vaccination (physical card or clear digital photo of the card) or negative COVID-19 test result (on official paper from the testing facility) and government-issued ID with you to the meeting. When you reach the checkpoint, you will be directed to a table, where you must present your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result and government-issued ID for manual inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">What is CLEAR Health Pass? <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>Health Pass is a free service on the CLEAR app that connects your verified identity with your COVID-19 vaccination and\/or testing results to provide a safer, easier way to attend events in-person. Complete the one-time enrollment process to verify your entry requirements using the directions below. Once your vaccination record has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. See details below for information needed for proof of vaccination or COVID-19 test results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Complete your Health Pass for faster entry at check-in<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the CLEAR app and tap on the white Your Pass tile<\/li>\n<li>Confirm your identity with a quick selfie<\/li>\n<li>Tap &#8220;Open Health Pass&#8221; to get your result. Green means you&#8217;re good to go!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Proof of Vaccination with CLEAR Health Pass<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are multiple options to digitally verify your COVID-19 vaccine, select the one that works best for you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>When prompted to add your vaccination, select &#8216;add your vaccination card&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information\n<ul>\n<li>Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once confirmed, proceed to complete your Health Pass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitally link a vaccine from a Health System or Pharmacy<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching &#8216;other providers&#8217;. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.\n<ul>\n<li>If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time.<\/li>\n<li>Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Your results will link automatically &#8211; do not try to resync your results.\n<ul>\n<li>Note, sync time varies by provider and may take up to 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once synced, proceed to complete your Health Pass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>COVID-19 Test Results with the CLEAR Health Pass<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within CLEAR Health Pass, tap &#8220;Add COVID test&#8221; in the entry requirements checklist to begin.<\/p>\n<p>Select your testing provider in the menu or by searching &#8216;other providers&#8217;. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR.<\/p>\n<p>The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please be prepared to bring a physical copy of your test results (on official paper from the testing facility) and government-issued ID with you to the meeting.
