The Endo On Demand Renewal Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all current members of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), age 18 or older, in good standing at the time of entry, who reside in the United States. Void where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on May 1, 2025,<\/strong> and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 1, 2025<\/strong> (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.<\/p>\n There are two ways to enter:<\/p>\n American Association of Endodontists Entries may also be submitted via email to endoondemand@aae.org<\/strong> with the subject line “Endo On Demand Renewal Giveaway Entry”<\/strong> and including your full name, AAE member number, phone number, and email address.<\/p>\n Mailed and emailed entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 1, 2025,<\/strong> to be eligible.<\/p>\n Six (6) winners will each receive one (1) AAE-branded Patagonia Black Hole 25L Backpack<\/strong>, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $152.99 USD<\/strong>. Approximate total value of all prizes: $917.94 USD.<\/p>\n Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other prize. AAE reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.<\/p>\n Winners will be selected by random drawing on July 15, 2025<\/strong>, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days of the drawing and will be required to confirm their preferred shipping address<\/strong> within 5 business days<\/strong>. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If a winner does not respond within 5 business days<\/strong>, declines the prize, or fails to provide a valid U.S. shipping address, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.<\/p>\n Prizes will be shipped to the preferred shipping address provided by each confirmed winner. Prizes will be shipped via a carrier selected by AAE, such as FedEx. AAE is not responsible for any prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable<\/strong> once they have been shipped. In the event a prize is returned as undeliverable, lost, or stolen, the prize will be considered forfeited, and no replacement prize will be issued.<\/p>\n Members who cancel their Endo On Demand subscription prior to July 15, 2025,<\/strong> will be disqualified and forfeit any automatic entry received.<\/p>\n AAE is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to hardware, software, network, or server failures. AAE is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for any human error, technical malfunction, or any other cause that disrupts or interferes with the Giveaway.<\/p>\n This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
