Abstract for all three presentation modalities must be\u202fsubmitted\u202fthrough this online portal for consideration. Submitters are\u202frequired\u202fto create an account and all tasks must be completed by the deadline before the submission can be reviewed. Tasks include uploading the abstract,\u202fbiosketches, and other pertinent information.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abstractscorecard.com\/cfp\/submit\/login.asp?EventKey=VHDETWXX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The submission site is open from September 24 through November 14, 2025.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Important Dates &amp; Information for Submission &amp; Presentation at AAE26<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>AAE26:\u202f<strong>April 15-18, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Abstract\u202fsubmission site opens: <strong>Wednesday, September 24, 2025<\/strong><br \/>\nMembership applications for presenters and co-presenters must be submitted by:\u202f<strong>Friday, October 31, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Abstract submission site closes\u202f<strong>Friday, November 14, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>When will I know if my abstract has been accepted?\u202f<strong>Wednesday, January 21, 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>When will I know what\u202fdate and\u202ftime\u202fI am presenting at AAE26?\u202f<strong>Oral Research presenters will be notified of their presentation date and time via email approximately six weeks prior to AAE26. Oral Research presentations will take place on either Wednesday,\u202fApril 15,\u202for Thursday,\u202fApril 16.
