RENEWAL<\/h4>\n

The membership dues cycle follows the AAE fiscal year (July 1-June 30). Online renewal begins in May, and the first paper invoices are sent in June. Membership renewal is due July 1. Renew before Aug. 1 to take advantage of early bird dues rates. Members who do not renew will be removed from the membership roster as of Oct. 1.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Current members may pay dues online<\/a> or by phone at 800-872-3636 (U.S., Canada, Mexico) or 312-266-7255.\u00a0<\/p>\n

REINSTATEMENT<\/h4>\n

An Active, Associate, Educator or International member whose membership has been terminated under Chapter V, Section I of the Bylaws may reapply by submitting:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  • A new, complete and accurate application<\/li>\n
  • Dues for the current year\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • The required application fee\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Previous years of Active, Educator or International membership will no longer apply toward cumulative years needed to qualify for Life or Retired status, except as noted below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    An Active, Educator or International member terminated under Chapter V, Section I of the Bylaws may retain cumulative membership years-reflecting years prior and subsequent to termination-for up to two years.
