AAE leaders are charged with strategic planning, problem solving and the generation of creative ideas for the advancement of the specialty and the Association. The AAE governance structure consists of affiliates and districts at the local\/state level, while various committees make recommendations to the Board of Directors about Association activities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Leadership_AAE23Crop\"\n\tMission, Values and Strategic Plan<\/strong><\/a>
