It\u2019s a common clinical situation:\u00a0X-ray is void of any caries, no history of trauma yet the patient has an acute increased sensitivity to temperatures and pain upon biting and or release.\u00a0This <em>Endo Voices<\/em> discussion is framed through the 2007 article on cracked teeth, a classic publication collaboration by Drs. Krell and Rivera.<\/p>\n<p>Our guests delve into the updated nomenclature of cracked teeth, which quickly spreads to thoughts on new technology like CBCT in highlighting these elusive disruptions of enamel and dentin.<\/p>\n<p>These endodontic powerhouses share their prevailing thoughts on cuspal reduction, necrotic vs vital cracked teeth and of course best methods and techniques for detecting and treating cracks.
