AAE members must apply through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sofi.com\/AAE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sofi.com\/AAE<\/a>\u00a0in order to be eligible to receive their 0.25% rate discount.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe high cost of a dental or medical education is a crippling problem and threatens the future of our specialty,\u201d said AAE President Dr. Keith V.
