\"\"Dear Endodontic Residents and New Practitioners,<\/p>\n

As my term as chair of this amazing committee comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. It has been an absolute honor to be a part of this journey with you all for the past five years, and to have served as the chair of this incredible committee for three years.<\/p>\n

We’ve been through a lot together, from navigating the challenges of residency and private practice, to overcoming the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including the cancellation of our APICES and Annual meetings. Despite these obstacles, this committee and our newsletter have always been a haven for me, providing support and companionship during the tough days.<\/p>\n

I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a talented and dedicated group of individuals in our committee all the staff and members. Their passion for endodontics and commitment to excellence have been truly inspiring. It has been a privilege to witness residents\u2019 growth and development as professionals and developed friendships with many of you, and I am confident that each of you will continue to make meaningful contributions to the field of endodontics.<\/p>\n

Although my term as chair may be ending at AAE23 in Chicago, this is by no means a goodbye. I am certain that our paths will cross again, and I eagerly look forward to our continued collaboration. I will be starting my work with the Foundation for Endodontics, and I will still be in contact with residents, new practitioners, and faculties. I am excited about the opportunities ahead, and I am eager to support and connect with as many of you as possible at AAE23 in Chicago at our Resident Reception<\/a> as well as the Career Fair<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Thank you all for being a part of my journey, and for making these past five years truly memorable. It has been an honor to serve as your chair, and I am grateful for the friendships and professional relationships that have been formed. I wish all of you great success and fulfillment in your future endeavors.<\/p>\n
