Elisabeth Lisican:<\/strong> Can you share your journey and how you became a member of the Editorial Board Committee for the Journal of Endodontics<\/em>? What specific roles and responsibilities do you have as an Editorial Board member?
\nDr. Anita Aminoshariae:<\/strong> Upon receiving my Board certification, I became a reviewer for the Journal of Endodontics<\/em>‘ Scientific Advisory Board. \nDr. Aminoshariae:<\/strong> Balancing the thorough review process with my professional responsibilities has been challenging, yet it has enhanced my time management skills. Some of the challenges:<\/p>\n

    \nSolution:<\/strong> Implementing rigorous peer-review process and providing clear guidelines for reviewers. We have also incorporated a biostatistician to help us out with some of the difficulties with statistical analysis<\/li>\n

  • Balancing workload:<\/strong> handling a large volume of submission
