Segall of North Carolina writes, \u201cI remember joining the AAE in my first year of residency in 1975. I also remember the camaraderie that existed and the ability to ask perplexing questions of the grandfathers of our profession. I remember sitting with I.B. Bender and discussing with him one of my patients with the patient’s X-rays. I.
