Bio

I am based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and have been practicing dentistry since 1996, with extensive experience in both private practice and as an Endodontist Dental Officer in the Brazilian Air Force. My clinical focus is exclusively in the field of endodontics, with an emphasis on advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

I am Board Certified in Endodontics by the Brazilian Federal Council of Dentistry (CFO) and hold a Master’s degree in the specialty. My clinical approach incorporates the routine use of an operating microscope and endodontic microsurgery techniques to deliver precise and minimally invasive care. I also have substantial experience in providing endodontic treatment for medically compromised patients, ensuring safe and effective care tailored to their systemic conditions. Additionally, I am certified in Laser Therapy, which I integrate into treatment protocols to support enhanced healing and patient outcomes.

In addition to my clinical qualifications, I hold an MBA in Public Health and an Executive MBA in Strategic Planning and Management, reflecting my commitment to leadership and healthcare administration. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Endodontics at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), where my research focuses on the relationship between the microbiology of primary endodontic infections and healing outcomes after root canal treatment.
