October 2021 Oral Exam

Please Note:  The October 2021 Oral Exam is full and registration is now closed.  In an effort to accommodate as many candidates as possible, we extended the administration of this exam by one day, however, demand was high due to limitations we experienced in 2020 and early 2021 due to COVID.  As of now, we plan to hold the October 2021 Orals in person and in our usual testing facility in Saint Louis.

Exam Dates for the October 2021 Oral Exam are as follows:

Wednesday, October 20, 2021
Thursday, October 21, 2021
Friday, October 22, 2021
Saturday, October 23, 2021

The staff of the ABE will contact all candidates who have registered for this exam and are eligible to challenge future oral exams via email.  Please be sure to check your emails for information on how to register for the exam.  If you don't see the email in your inbox, please always check your "Spam", "Junk" or "Other" folders.

March 2022 Oral Exam

The ABE October 2021 Oral Exam is in person and scheduled to take place in St. Louis, MO.  We plan and look forward to seeing all our candidates registered for this exam.

We also plan to hold the March 2022 exam in person and in St. Louis.  However, due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, ABE has made the decision to open registration for the March 2022 Oral Exam after the completion of October 2021 Oral Exam.  Please anticipate that registration for the March 2022 Oral Exam will open November 10, 2021.
