October 2026 ABE Oral Exam Dates:

Registration for the October 2026 Oral Exam will open on March 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. All eligible Board Candidates should receive a registration email. Please be sure to check your Inbox, Spam or Other folders for the registration email before contacting ABE Staff at staff@amboardendo.org with any questions.
After the allotted exam seats are filled, eligible Board Candidates may request their name be placed on the exam waitlist by emailing the request to staff@amboardendo.org. Limited space will be available on the exam waitlist.

Registration for the March 2027 Oral Exam is not currently open. Updates will be posted here. Candidates who are eligible for the exam will be notified by email when registration opens.

Candidates who may be concerned about when they will be able to take the oral exam, please note that you can switch tracks and submit your Case History Portfolio as the second stage of the three-part ABE board certification process. There will be no penalty or additional fees to make this switch. If you would like to switch tracks, please email your track change request to our office at staff@amboardendo.org.
