A $500 grant for research is available to every endodontic resident at each endodontic program to fund activities related to research. The funding is payable on a one-time basis. The money can be used for the following activities:

The AAE Foundation will award $2,000 to endodontic departments, once annually, who have 100% of residents pledged to the AAE Foundation. A $100,000 matching grant to support an endowed faculty position. The purpose of this grant is to strengthen endodontic education by ensuring that endodontics is taught by endodontists and that the specialty is highly visible and well represented in dental schools. Grants will be paid upon the institution’s completion of agreed upon fundraising goals. Applications for the Endowed Faculty Matching Grant will be considered when the applicant institution has 60% of the case required to fund the faculty position in hand.
