Board of Trustees
The composition of the Board of Trustees is delineated in the Foundation’s bylaws, which were amended and approved in 2025 – 2026. The structure of the Board will change over the course of two years with the final composition realized at the conclusion of the annual session 2028.
At the conclusion of the annual session in 2026 there shall be 19 total trustees: eight voting members of the Association, a new practitioner, three trustees from the public sector, the president, president-elect and immediate past president of the Association, the president, president-elect and immediate past president of the Foundation, and the executive director of the Association. The voting eligibility of the executive director will cease at that time
