Foundation for Endodontics & Specialty1 Partners Annual Meeting Resident Development Scholarship

Thanks to the support of Specialty1 Partners, the goal of this Resident Development Scholarship is to financially assist endodontic residents who are attending and presenting either an oral research, poster research or table clinic presentation at the AAE's annual meeting. The annual meeting provides residents the opportunity to learn, network, and seek professional resources as they begin their career in endodontics.

The scholarship reimburses eligible expenses up to $500, to eligible residents that attend and present at the meeting. Eligible expenses include costs incurred by the applicant (not otherwise covered by the applicant’s institution) for AAE annual meeting registration, lodging, and/or travel, and printing costs of static poster displays for poster presentations (not material for oral or table clinic presentations).

Eligibility criteria:

  • AAE member
  • Endodontic resident in training at CODA-accredited institution or one with a reciprocal agreement.
  • Abstract accepted for oral research, poster research, or table clinic presentation at AAE annual meeting

Applicants should complete and pay for the AAE annual meeting registration, hotel accommodations, and travel in full. Reimbursement will occur only after proof of registration, travel, and/or lodging expenses are provided.

Please submit the application form and all applicable receipts at one time. Electronic submission required, preferred format is one PDF document.

The application is completely online, complete with an upload section for your proof of meeting registration and applicable receipts. Click the button below to be taken to the encrypted, secure form. This online application format replaces paper and emailed applications.
