Prerequisites:

• Dental degree from any national or international dental school
• US citizenship or a foreign national with a visa permitting permanent residence.
• 3 letters of recommendation (One of which from an Endodontist)
• Although not required, consideration is given to applicants with private practice experience and/or applicants who have successfully completed a GPR/AEGD program.
• Class rank in the top 75% of their graduating class
• National Board scores along with minimum score, if required
• Minimum TOEFL Score of 90
• ADAT score encouraged but not required
