We look forward to seeing you at future meetings!
An Update on APICES 2020
Based on the continued COVID-19 restrictions that may be in place through August, APICES 2020, which was scheduled to be held at the Chicago Hilton on August 28-20, is canceled.
The safety of our members is our highest priority and we believe cancellation is the best course of action based on the design of the conference, which requires attendees to share hotel rooms and convene in large hotel ballrooms and public spaces with all attendees, staff and vendors. There is continued uncertainty around when the phased reopening plans for Chicago and Illinois will allow groups of larger than 50 to meet.
Much of what we love about APICES and what makes it a successful event relies heavily on face-to-face interactions and networking opportunities, so APICES will not be conducted virtually. We look forward to seeing you next year at APICES, August 20-21, 2021, at the Chicago Hilton, and hope you remain healthy and well in the meantime.
Created by endodontic residents and new practitioners for endodontic residents, APICES is offered to all incoming, current and graduating endodontic resident members. All endodontic resident members are encouraged to attend APICES at some point during their residency. Thanks to our gracious corporate partners, registration and hotel accommodations are FREE and a travel stipend is provided.
Meeting benefits include:
With an impressive lineup of sessions with topics ranging from regenerative endodontics to the legal aspects of practicing endodontics, no other event can match the exceptional programming and presenters of this intensive.
The exhibit portion of the event allows you to meet with company representatives, gain a broader knowledge of products and services in the marketplace, and explore new tools and technology.
Networking and social events are built into the schedule to offer you the opportunity to meet other residents from various institutions, form friendships with future colleagues and interact with AAE leadership.
