One of the best ways to connect with future patients is by sharing the positive experiences of past patients. The popular review website Yelp has more than 135 million reviews and more than 185 million monthly users. Hearing from a friend, family member or even a complete stranger that he or she had a positive experience increases the likelihood that a potential patient will consider you for their endodontic care. Positive feedback about endodontists and root canal treatment also elevates the entire specialty. Nothing reassures patients more than hearing from others that they had comfortable, compassionate care—especially for a treatment they may be anxious to get.
