Did your membership lapse?
RENEWAL
The membership dues cycle follows the AAE fiscal year (July 1–June 30). Online renewal begins in May, and the first paper invoices are sent in June. Membership renewal is due July 1. Renew before Aug. 1 to take advantage of early bird dues rates. Members who do not renew will be removed from the membership roster as of Oct. 1.

REINSTATEMENT
An Active, Associate, Educator or International member whose membership has been terminated under Chapter V, Section I of the Bylaws may reapply by submitting:
- A new, complete and accurate application
- Dues for the current year
- The required application fee
Previous years of Active, Educator or International membership will no longer apply toward cumulative years needed to qualify for Life or Retired status, except as noted below.
An Active, Educator or International member terminated under Chapter V, Section I of the Bylaws may retain cumulative membership years—reflecting years prior and subsequent to termination—for up to two years. To do so, the member must pay all delinquent and current dues and special assessments.
