2025 Endo On Demand Renewal Giveaway

Renew your AAE membership and add an Endo On Demand subscription by July 1, 2025, for a chance to win one of six AAE-branded Patagonia backpacks! No purchase necessary. Open to U.S. members, 18+. Ends 7/1/25.

Eligibility

The Endo On Demand Renewal Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all current members of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), age 18 or older, in good standing at the time of entry, who reside in the United States. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on May 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

  • Automatic Entry: Members who renew their AAE membership for the 2025-2026 membership year and purchase an Endo On Demand subscription during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
  • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard or letter with your full name, AAE member number, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Entries may also be submitted via email to endoondemand@aae.org with the subject line “Endo On Demand Renewal Giveaway Entry” and including your full name, AAE member number, phone number, and email address.

Mailed and emailed entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 1, 2025, to be eligible.

Prizes

Six (6) winners will each receive one (1) AAE-branded Patagonia Black Hole 25L Backpack, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $152.99 USD. Approximate total value of all prizes: $917.94 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other prize. AAE reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection, Notification & Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be selected by random drawing on July 15, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days of the drawing and will be required to confirm their preferred shipping address within 5 business days. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, declines the prize, or fails to provide a valid U.S. shipping address, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Shipping & Liability

Prizes will be shipped to the preferred shipping address provided by each confirmed winner. Prizes will be shipped via a carrier selected by AAE, such as FedEx. AAE is not responsible for any prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable once they have been shipped. In the event a prize is returned as undeliverable, lost, or stolen, the prize will be considered forfeited, and no replacement prize will be issued.

Disqualification

Members who cancel their Endo On Demand subscription prior to July 15, 2025, will be disqualified and forfeit any automatic entry received.

Limitation of Liability

AAE is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to hardware, software, network, or server failures. AAE is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for any human error, technical malfunction, or any other cause that disrupts or interferes with the Giveaway.

Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of AAE, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. AAE reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud or any other issue compromises its integrity.
