Unlock Your Leadership Potential: Leadership Development Program

As the field of endodontics continues to evolve, the role of leadership within the specialty has become increasingly vital. In a rapidly changing healthcare landscape, strong leadership isn't just an asset—it's a necessity. This is why we are excited to invite you to apply for our Leadership Development Program, specifically designed for endodontists who are ready to take their careers to the next level and engage with the American Association of Endodontists more.

Leadership in endodontics involves more than just managing a team or making business decisions. It’s about inspiring others, setting a vision, and being a catalyst for progress in your practice and the profession. Effective leaders in our field influence the direction of dental care policies, contribute to the education of future endodontists, and ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained.

What the Leadership Development Program Offers

We’re excited to invite you to apply and take this opportunity to grow as a leader in our field. The program is designed to cultivate the next generation of endodontic leaders, and we encourage you to submit your application. Ten participants will be selected to attend an all-expenses-paid program in Chicago from February 6-8, 2025, where you’ll connect with peers, develop essential leadership skills, and engage deeply with the AAE community.

Personalized Leadership Coaching

Participants will receive personalized coaching from experienced leaders in the dental field. This one-on-one mentorship will help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement, setting you on a path to becoming a more effective leader.

Networking Opportunities

Leadership is as much about who you know as what you know. Our program provides ample opportunities to connect with other motivated endodontists, experienced AAE leaders and AAE staff. Each participant will be set up with a designated mentor for continued guidance and support.

AAE Engagement

Past participants have moved on to committee work, served as board members, presented at annual meetings, and more!

How to Apply

Applying for the Leadership Development Program is simple. Visit our website and fill out the application form.
