Table Registration
Purchasing a table at the Career Fair as an employer will get you:
• A 6’ draped table at the event, supplied with a black table cloth (you can also replace your own branded table cloth)
• Your company’s information disbursed to attendees in the job seeker packet given onsite and housed in the AAE Meetings App
• Opportunity to visit one-on-one with potential candidates at your table
• Visibility among job seekers as an organization actively recruiting
• Within 1-2 weeks after the event, you will receive contact information of all candidates sent to the table purchaser’s email address
Table assignments are random and will be assigned by region, based off the primary office location. These cannot be requested. If you are hiring for multiple regions, you can list them, but your table assignment will be based on the location of the primary office.
Unsure what to put on your table? This is your space to show off your company and the opportunities you are hiring, so make it your own! Some things companies have dressed their table with in the past include small giveaways, your own branded table cloth, informational flyers, or a small, noninhibitive sign that can be placed next to your table, etc.
Job seeker packet – Onsite, we will have printed packet if company information for attendees. This will give prospects more information about your company and how to contact should they have interest in applying. Please note, this is not a space to list every opportunity you are hiring. This is only for prospects to reference. This is not required, but an added opportunity for all table purchasers to get their information to attendees if submitted by the deadline. Updates or past deadline submissions will not be honored.
