Part Time Educator Application for Active Members
Please complete the form below and upload the letter from your university verifying that you are a paid, part-time educator who teaches at least 2 days per week or 40% of full-time hours at a predoctoral or advanced specialty education program in endodontics approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA. Once your verification form has been reviewed and approved, a 20% discount ($174) will be applied to your 2023-2024 membership renewal order. You will receive a notification email that your discount has been applied and you are able to renew your membership online.
Disclaimer: The following terms and conditions apply to the 20% discount on membership dues for part-time educators:
- Eligibility: The discount is applicable to AAE members in the Active category who meet the eligibility requirements as outlined above.
- Discount Period: This discount is valid only for the 2023-2024 membership year.
- Future Years: Please note that the discount will not automatically be applied to subsequent membership years. If the discount is offered in future years, members must meet the eligibility requirements and adhere to any new terms and conditions specified by AAE.
- Limited Scope: The discount applies solely to membership dues and does not extend to any other fees or charges associated with AAE membership or its programs.
- Non-Transferable: This discount is non-transferable and can only be utilized by the eligible member whose name appears on the membership account.
- Modification/Cancellation: AAE reserves the right to modify or cancel the discount program at any time without prior notice.
