  • Regenerative Endodontics: Lessons Learned and Future Directions
    Topic:
    Learning Objectives:

1.Use an evidence-based and decision-analysis approach to identify teeth which can benefit from regenerative endodontic procedures.
    2. Explain the criteria for providing an apexification or apexogenesis procedure to an immature tooth instead of a revascularization procedure.
    3. Describe how to use instruments and materials to accomplish quick and effective regenerative endodontic procedures.

The lecture is designed to improve your ability to deliver regenerative endodontic procedures to revitalize immature teeth with a necrotic pulp. The regenerative endodontic kits, materials, instruments, medicaments, and techniques will be reviewed. The procedural steps, tips to prevent and solve problems, controversies, and treatment outcomes will be discussed. Advice will be given about the use of instruments and materials to make regenerative endodontic procedures quick and effective.
