AAE20 Updates and FAQ

It is with great anguish that we have chosen to cancel our annual meeting, AAE20. While we were very much looking forward to making everlasting endo memories in the vibrant city of Nashville, the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 proved too extreme to take lightly. Ultimately, for the health and safety of all AAE20 participants, this was the right thing to do.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In the coming days and weeks, we will consider possibilities for salvaging content from this meeting and will continue to update this FAQ page as information becomes available. For now, we leave you with the simple wish to stay well, and we look forward to seeing you again when the time is right.

AAE20 Cancellation FAQs

Will my AAE20 conference registration be refunded?

Yes, your registration fees will be refunded in full, even if you canceled before this decision was made. At this time, there is no action required. Please allow up to 60 days for all refunds to be processed.

My organization is scheduled to hold an education session and/or social event at the conference. How can I go about canceling my vendor orders for audio/visual, catering, etc.?

My program submission was accepted to be presented at this year’s conference. Will my session be automatically accepted for next year’s Annual Meeting (AAE21) in Atlanta?

My Oral, Poster or Table Clinic submission was accepted to be presented at this year’s conference. Will my research presentation be automatically accepted for next year’s AAE Annual Meeting (AAE21) in Atlanta?
