APICES 2025 Registration and Waitlist Closed
Thank you for the incredible interest in APICES 2025! We’re thrilled to see such strong enthusiasm from residents across the U.S. and Canada eager to participate in this year’s program.
At this time, registration has reached full capacity, and the waitlist is now closed. Due to limited space, we do not anticipate being able to accommodate additional attendees and are no longer accepting new submissions.
For those currently on the waitlist, please know we are still reviewing submissions and may reach out if space becomes available. All individuals on the waitlist will receive an update from the AAE by July 25 regarding their final status.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting a dynamic and engaging APICES experience this August. To those already registered—we can’t wait to welcome you!

The Annual Program in Clinical Endodontics Symposium (APICES) is the AAE’s premier event designed specifically for endodontic residents. Over two dynamic days, this immersive experience prepares attendees to transition from residency to professional practice with confidence and clarity.
