Corporate Community Conference Terms and Conditions

As a registered attendee or participant (“you”) in AAE’s 2023 Corporate Community Conference (the “Event”) you agree to these terms and conditions (collectively, the “Agreement”) with the American Association of Endodontists (“AAE”). If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of this Agreement and that he or she has accepted these terms and conditions.

Code of Conduct

I have read, understand and agree to the AAE Code of Conduct for Conferences and Tradeshows and the AAE Meetings and Events Health and Safety Code of Conduct.

Consent to the Use of Photographic Images and Audio/Video Recordings

I understand that portions of this AAE meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, I agree that the AAE may photograph or record by audio/video my attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, I agree that the AAE may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission.

Registration

Confirmation

Registration confirmations are auto-generated by the AAE’s registration system, Cvent, and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact  meetings@aae.org or 800-872-3636.

Communications

By completing the registration process and acknowledging these Terms and Conditions, you are providing your consent to receive emails and other mailings from AAE related to the Event in order to facilitate your participation. Specifically, you are providing consent to allow AAE to use your Contact Information to facilitate access to the Event programming, including all digital platforms related to the Event.

Fees

1. Payment. All applicable fees are due upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, AAE may refuse to admit you and shall have no resulting liability.
2. Taxes. Fees may be subject sales tax, value added tax, or other taxes and duties, which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fees at the time of registration processing.
3. Discount and Special Rates. There are no special rates for daily attendance, expo hall only attendance, etc.; only full event passes are available.
4. Categories. I understand that AAE reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category. Registrants who register in a category other than the suitable correct category will be changed to the correct AAE Member or Non-Member registration type and charged the associated fee.

Waiver of Liability & Release

In consideration of being allowed to attend 2023 Corporate Community Conference, I, on behalf of myself and all guests of mine, freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, illness or sickness (including but not limited to those caused by known or unknown infectious or communicable disease such as COVID, H1N1, or other illness or sickness caused by other bacteria or viruses), harm, injury to the person (including loss of life), disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter suffer resulting from or arising in connection with attendance at, travel to or from, and/or participation in any activities associated with this Event, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God, or otherwise, and whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.
