**System upgrade January 27 to January 28**
The AAE is upgrading our member management software. This upgrade will allow us to provide enhanced customer service to members; however, many of our web-based services will be unavailable from January 27 to January 28. During the upgrade, users will not be able to access AAE’s ecommerce and MyAAE, including, Annual Meeting registration, membership renewals, Foundation donations, and online store purchases.
Members should contact the AAE headquarters at 800- 872-3636 to place orders or if they have any questions. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to better serving you with these enhancements.
