Association Celebrates 75 Years of Saving Teeth

Life member Dr. Ronald O. Segall of North Carolina writes, “I remember joining the AAE in my first year of residency in 1975. I also remember the camaraderie that existed and the ability to ask perplexing questions of the grandfathers of our profession. I remember sitting with I.B. Bender and discussing with him one of my patients with the patient’s X-rays. I. B. diagnosed the problem almost immediately and I was able to confirm the diagnosis against the opposition of the patient’s physician and help the patient and his family in the process.”
